Student Support Cells (SSCs)
The Student Support Cells (SSCs) at IFET College of Engineering is committed to the well-being and holistic development of our students. The SSC comprises dedicated faculty members who are available to assist students with any concerns—academic, personal, or institutional.
Students are encouraged to reach out to SSC members whenever they feel uncertain or need guidance. Whether the matter relates to academics, grievances, or emotional well-being, SSC members will provide a listening ear and suggest appropriate courses of action. This may include guiding the student to the right institutional bodies such as:

SSCs members serve as the first point of contact for students who are unsure where to turn. Their role is to listen with empathy, help clarify the issue, and connect students to the right support channels. All conversations with SSC members will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.
At IFET, we value every student’s voice and are committed to ensuring that no student feels unheard or unsupported.
Anti-Ragging Cell
- Ensures a ragging-free campus by implementing preventive measures.
- Conducts awareness programs on the consequences of ragging.
- Monitors student behaviour and takes prompt action on complaints.
- Coordinates with local law enforcement when necessary.

Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC)
- Addresses and resolves grievances related to facilities, or any student concerns.
- Provides a structured mechanism for students to register complaints.
- Ensures timely and unbiased resolution of grievances.
- Maintains confidentiality and fairness in grievance handling.
- A suggestion box is available on every floor for students to post grievances. The suggestions are reviewed every 15 days, and actions are taken if necessary
